Late Summer in Tuscany

For today's post, I was lucky enough to have noticed a sim on someone else's blog, that would fit my mood perfectly.  Don't ask who's though..sadly I was looking through a bunch of blogs earlier but if you recognize the sim as one you mentioned..please smack me so I can give you credit later.
Tuscany is gorgeous at this time of the year.  It's warm, the sun kisses your skin with it's warmth and beauty and the valley is lush with life and over in Cap Estel, they have recreated this wonderful valley!
For me, this was the perfect setting to show off the new pieces from h.o.b and {l.e}.  Yes, I'm in love with their work and designs.  They fit my mood perfectly and the promo prices they have on their items, is amazing to say the least.  Prices range from 10L to 35-50L for items and they are all mesh.  Drop by when you get the chance, check out this quaint little store and enjoy some adorable items.

 In the morning, you can wear your Chanel Cardigan to fend off the chill coolness of the morning air as you take a nice little stroll.  As the day progresses, you slide your sweater off and enjoy the warm breezes that play across the fields, letting them gently caress your sun warmed skin.  As we move onto dinner time, the little red studded dress is the perfect item for a rich, filling Italian dinner.  With evening progressing and the air cooling the earth, you find that your Acid wash blouse is just right for this time of the evening, paired with a cute pair of studded shorts and lace tights, you are all set to sit on a bale of hay and watch the sun set in Tuscany.

Yay! I won!

Normally, Lady Luck seems to usually miss me and pick everyone around me.  That's normally though but, it seems that she did notice me for once!  {E}argasms had a sale the other day on the marketplace, on her top 5 pieces and whoever picked up a pair; would be entered into a raffle to win a pair of earrings for free.  Guess who got picked??!  Yup, I did!  So off I went to go enjoy another wonderful browse through her collections and found the pair that I had noticed from my previous visit.
On my last visit I had picked up African Pride and Raven, since they caught my eyes first and were on the sale.  I had noticed Jungle Frenzy but, I am trying really hard to limit my buying lately, due to a very bloated and ready to implode inventory.  (Yes, I know 'delete is my friend' and someday I may actually discover where they located that little button).  I let Kyrah Paine know which pair had made me drool and before you know it, I had them!  Btw, thank you once again Kyrah; I love them!
With my new earrings in hand, I decided a cute new outfit was required.  (Did I mention that my inventory is bloated?  Now you know why...).   I found an adorable outfit over at the Acid Lily event that was calling my name, that was a fantastic bargain at 69L.  A full outfit, it also included some super little shoes with it as well, so I picked it up for the perfect partner for my new earrings.  Well, I think I'll let the pictures show you how great it turned out!

New Creations

The discovery of a new store or creator is something that I always enjoy in SL.  I love to be there, in the first days; so I can watch as they grow, develop and flourish in their talents.  It's an amazing time in a creators life, as they travel through the pathways of creation and design and I always feel blessed and honoured when I'm able to watch the process.  Though that does sound a little sappy in some ways, it truly is an amazing journey to behold which is why I feel doubled blessed with {h.o.b} and {l.e}.  Two friends who both love to create beautiful clothing and have joined together in putting up a store to showcase their wonderful talents.  The styles and textures are sweet and the prices are to faint for.  I enjoyed looking through their store and checking out their items.  The store is just starting out so there is a small selection at this time but, I forecast that it will not be long before they have quite a collection going.  These two designers, in my opinion are ones to keep our eyes on for the future for some very amazing things to come from.

Yippee! Sales!

I admit, I was bored for the last few days.  The sales have been nice but, nothing has been really jumping out at me or really pulling me to it.  I even did a little bit of a hunt, with half-hearted effort which is not normal for me regarding hunts.  I guess you could say I have had a case of the SL blahs! 
That changed though, yesterday!  The joy!  The happiness!  It all returned thanks to TWO stores that I love!  Catwa has a BOGO sale going on right now and coldLogic is 50% off till Labour day!  Yes, I went beelining over to both, filled my little SL piggy bank with some Lindens and found some great creations to squeal and drool over.  My computer even played nice for me and worked for once when I took the pictures.  So much so, I'm not going to even touch them up a little bit.  Ha!  Take that you pinsnickery thing!
